Show and Share March 2016

Some beautiful and inspiring quilts were shared at this month's meeting.

Carole made a Li'l Twisters wall quilt that she has named Tesselated Pinwheels.

Carole also made a bag with lots and lots of pockets! This is Frogs Galore! a Tuscany tote pattern.

Then Tella showed us her crib quilt, Dinosaurs, which she made for a very insistent little boy!

This month, Tella also made a crib quilt called Woodland Friends for a baby shower. The baby's parents' and grandparents' names are "carved" into the tree!

Jeanie shared this hand appliqued, hand quilted crib quilt which she designed based on an ABC colouring book and "Critters in the Moonlight," a book from our library.

Show and Share from our February Meeting

Here's all the great work our members did this month!

Shirley made a lovely lap quilt using leftovers and donated fabric.

Isabella was very busy. She made a disappearing 9-patch as a gift for a friend's granddaughter.

Then she made a matching pillow case from some of the leftover fabric.

Isabella also made a quilt for our charity outreach with leftover fabric.

And to remind us all to get working on our mini-quilts, Isabella show us her mini-quilt, Poppies.

Sherri made a fun flannel puppies quilt from a pattern from one of our library books.

Marion shared us a baby quilt she made.
