Sew and Share at January Meeting

This month, our members shared a range of quilts that wonderfully showcase their skills and interests.

Mary shared two lovely and different examples of half hexagon quilts made for fun with a half hexi template from Missouri Star Quilt Company:

Doris shared her original wall quilt, Trace. Based on a log cabin design, Doris made this to be a baby quilt, but she was told that grey wasn't a baby colour, so it became an art quilt:

Coral shared her baby quilt, Mediterranean Medley. Using a fabric pack called Mediterranean Line that she received as a gift from Sandra F., Coral designed this charming quilt for her grand niece who is expected to arrive this March:
Carolyn made this beautiful double quilt called Jennifer's Quilt. It was made as a birthday present to celebrate 50 years:

Tella shared her beautiful lap quilt, Batik Stars, which she made as a gift. It is a sawtooth block quilt that uses a flying geese ruler from Eleanor Burns:

Trudy shared her inspiring and original wall quilt that she made for fun in a class with Helen Garland:
