April's Meeting: Wednesday April 10

Come out to our meeting this Wednesday to hear our speaker, Alice Olsen Williams. She is an Anishinaabe quilter, teacher and artist. She has been Artist in Residence at Trent University and has worked with community quilters to assemble the "Where Are the Children? Healing from the Legacy of Residential Schools" quilt made in Red Lake, Ontario, and the "Sisters in Spirit Quilt" for the Native Women's Association of Canada. Alice has recently completed a project with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

When: Doors open for socializing at 7:00pm; Guild meeting starts at 7:30pm
