Sew and Share September 2020

At our first ever virtual meeting, Isabella did a phenomenal job of gathering photos of our finished projects and presenting them in a slide show for everyone to see. What was great about it (at least for me) was we were able to see the beautiful details close up! Often at live meetings I found myself sitting in the back of the room where I'd miss some of the show.

We had many members show their work from over the summer, below are just two of the highlights.

Pat Sloan's Scrsp Happy "Little Wishes" Challenge. This was also a quilt along and uses 2.5 inch squares. This will turn into my cozy winter quilt. 80" square

"JELLY ROLL SNOWFLAKE" is a Pat Sloan quilt along from this past summer. She is presenting it again in mid September. It's a great way to use up a jelly roll. 60" square

Attached is the front and back of my quilt. No name yet. The blocks were made from a Moda jelly roll. With the remaining blocks I pieced the back. I quilted with a walking foot. It measures 52” x 52”
